Special FOGWIN lens

High-performance anti fogging

FOGWIN lens is produced from a specially formulated hydrophilic material designed to absorb moisture in high humidity conditions and desorb moisture when humidity conditions are low, preventing fogging of the visor for long periods of riding.

Steam vertically against the lens and measure the “starting fogging time,” the “1/3 fogging time,” and “1/2 fogging time”. This measurement shows high antifogging performance of the FOGWIN lens.

Nondeformability

Traditional antifogging lenses deform under high humidity or heat conditions. The FOGWIN lens is produced from a completely new material designed not to deform even under high humidity or high heat.

Deformation measurement under higher humidity

Humidify lens for a fixed time, then measure the amount of floating, and calculate the deformation volume. FOGWIN lens did not deform, although conventional products did.

Hard Scratch resistance

FOGWIN lens is produced from a completely new material with hard scratch resistance.

Hardness test – Abrasion resistance

Evaluate after wiping the lens surface with constant force under dry and wet (higher abrasion) conditions. FOGWIN lens offers high abrasion resistance.

Hardness test – Sand dropping

Drop sand onto the lens and measure the haze (turbidity) variation. FOGWIN is hard.

Fits curved visors

The thinner and more flexible FOGWIN lens fits any curved helmet visor.

Clear and wide view

The wide design of FOGWIN, combined with transparent, slim adhesive, provides maximum viewing area.

Washable

If the FOGWIN becomes dirty, remove it and wash it gently in tepid water with dissolved synthetic detergent.

※If the FOGWIN loses adhesion after washing and reapplying, then replace it with a new one.
